Absolutely! As you’re completing your payment information, there is a link to our tax-exempt forms that can be completed and submitted online. Submitting the form once is all you need for future purchases for that year! Tax exempt forms completed for your online account will be updated (per best practices) each January.
You can use your own PayPal account or we accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or John Deere Financial. Shipping C.O.D. is also an option for existing customers. Bank Wire Transfer is an option for international orders, please contact customer care for instructions at 877.608.3877.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with a product you purchase from us, return it for a prompt refund of the full purchase price or request an exchange. Special orders and some other products are non-returnable. If your delivered package/product is damaged, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery at 877.608.3877. Product Information
Our Veterinary Technicians put together product comparisons in our Helpful Charts section to help determine the solutions which best fit your herd’s situation. A manufacturer backorder is when the company creating the product is unable to keep up with the demand and orders. This is sometimes resolved in 2 to 3 weeks and sometimes lasts longer. We continually strive to communicate any backorder delays with you on the product pages to let you know when you might be able to expect your products to be available.
Cooler items are shipped in insulated packages with ice to keep them cool. They are typically shipped Monday through Wednesday to ensure they arrive to you before the weekend, unless you specify otherwise. Some shipments may require Express Shipping. See our Shipping page for details.
Many times, the container of a hazardous item will explain how to properly dispose of that particular product. Keep in mind that each state runs its own waste management program. To see what the policies are for your state, visit the U.S. EPA waste management state contacts page. For more information, the U.S. EPA Agriculture site has very good information specific to the agricultural industry to answer any of your questions on waste disposal.

Route Delivery
Yes, of course! Ordering online means your products will be delivered right to your door. And, farms in Minnesota, western Wisconsin, and parts of Iowa, South Dakota, and North Dakota can sign up for our Route Service. Our trucks will stop in on their scheduled route with everything you need, including handling hazardous chemicals and doing preventative maintenance and service on your milking equipment! We also have Territory Managers in North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa, Illinois, Wisconsin, and Michigan who can help with your orders. The Leedstone Route Specialists are there to make sure you have what you need in animal health, chemicals and other supplies. You place your order, and your delivery driver will bring the items on the next scheduled visit. They will also have other common items in their truck in case you need something on the spur of the moment. Besides the products they deliver to you, our Route Specialists also help you with general cleaning, preventative maintenance and service on your milking equipment.

When items aren’t ‘sold as is’ we omit them from our website and work directly with you in deciding what you need.
